We are looking for dedicated recruiters to join our team! (Freelance and permanent staff considered). The successful recruiter will be responsible for identifying the hiring needs of our clients and filling job openings with local and international candidates.
Benefits
Base Salary: Negotiable.
Commission: 15%-30% (also negotiable).
Remote Work: 100% (Package includes remote working allowance).
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Consulting with customers developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Managing internship programs.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Requirements (Preferred, but not mandatory)
- Previous experience in a recruiting role
- Previous experience with a Recruitment Agency
- Understanding of local HR/Employment legislation
- Good spoken and written English
- Confident, independent thinker
- Great interpersonal skills
