We are looking for multiple Quantity Surveyors and construction professionals who are familiar with MEP and/or Architectural and/or Structural and/or Interior Design Packages (the more, the better), to join our international team report to the senior QS or Commercial Manager.
The Successful candidates will be involved in both pre-tender and post-tender activities, including (but not limited to):
Pre tender
- Takeoff/design measurement
- Costing
- S-curve/forecasting
- Tender management and analysis
- Contract creation
Post-tender
- IPC Valuation
- Site measurement
- Change/variation management
- Schedule delay reporting
- Final accounting.
Other construction professionals, such as estimators and programme managers can also apply. This position is not limited to local talent.
