Cambodia: Sales Manager (Tech)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive our international client’s B2B and B2C sales initiatives in Cambodia. The successful candidate will be well experienced with field sales strategies, knowing how to effectively meet clients, pitch and close the sale. Prior experience in the tech sector is preferred.

Salary: $1,200 to $2,800 per month, pending experience (including a variable commission.)

Location: Phnom Penh

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • Join events and other sales & marketing activities
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Execute the operational aspects of generating proposals, contract completion, and customer correspondence

Typical B2B Clients = Hotel, Apartment, Condo (GM’s, owners, decision makers)

Required Qualification

  • Previous enterprise and/or B2B sales experience in the Tech sector
  • (Preferred) Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Strategic planning abilities
  • Proficient in English speaking
